ANAESTHESIA

Syramed® µSP6000 & Volumed® µVP7000

  • Large, easy-to-read colour display
  • Simply input the awake concentration via touchscreen
  • Plasma and effect site algorithms
  • Drug Colour coding
  • Convenient standby function
  • Wireless, automatic patient data synchronisation between pumps.
  • BMI control for overweight patients

Arcomed offers a dedicated "Anaesthesia" pump available both as a syringe (Syramed® µSP6000) or volumetric pump (Volumed® µVP7000). Can be used for either TIVA (Total Intra-Venous Anaesthesia) or TCI (Target Controlled Infusion) applications

We offer a comprehensive list of TCI protocols (Marsh, Schnider and Minto algorithms) for a range of drugs:

DRUG                                            PROTOCOL   / TCI MODEL

PROPOFOL                                   Schnider

PROPOFOL                                   Eleveld   (with or without Opioid)

PROPOFOL                                   Cortinez-Sépulveda   (for high BMI, obese patients < 250kg)

PROPOFOL                                   Marsh   1.6 (effect site steered)

PROPOFOL                                   Marsh   4.0 (plasma site steered)

PROPOFOL                                   Paedfusor (for paediatric- anaesthesia only > 3kg)

PROPOFOL                                   Kataria   (for paediatric-anaesthesia only > 3kg

new TCI Protocols

Eleveld, is a new propofol pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PKePD) model, developed using bispectral index (BIS) as the targeted endpoint

The PKePD model predicted propofol concentrations and BIS for a diverse population, from neonates to the elderly and high-BMI individuals, for both anaesthesia and sedation.

The model should likely be useful for target-controlled infusion in anaesthesia and sedation in populations including a wide range of ages and body weights.
