Responsible sourcing
To uphold our commitments to safe and equitable labor, we monitor our factories and ensure that they adhere to our standards. We also consult civil society organisations that focus on improving working conditions and providing best practices for factory employees.
Gender equality
Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. We fight for gender equality and implement it in our Company worldwide. We also demand 100% of these requirements from the partners with whom we work.
Children Programs
Our children are the future of tomorrow, so we have set up a special program for our employees with children so that they can take care of our future without worrying. This includes a lot of flexibility in organising holidays, home office and supporting programs, Kindergartens, sick leave cover and health support programs.
